OPENING OF THE FAJARA WATERFRONT ACCESS ROAD
The National Roads Authority, Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, in collaboration with the Gambia Tourism Board, is pleased to bring to the attention of all major tourism stakeholders operating along the BB and Fajara Tourism Clusters and by extension the general public, the completion and eventual opening of the new access road at the Fajara waterfront. The road is constructed as an alternative route following the closure of the Kotu/BB Bridge to serve as an access to all hotels and other tourism establishments affected by the closure of the bridge.

The opening of the access road will ease movement and improve access to businesses within the area thus contributing to the socio-economic development of the tourism stakeholders
On that note, the National Roads Authority and the Gambia Tourism Board wish to extend our sincere thanks for your understanding and cooperation for any inconvenience caused and wishing you a prosperous Coming Tourist Winter Season
